By participating as a beta user, you acknowledge that the Platform is under development, may contain bugs, and may undergo changes over time. Your feedback and usage data may be used to enhance and improve Sherlock's features and services. By providing feedback, you grant Green Ivy Ventures the right to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the Platform without any compensation or acknowledgment.
To access and use Sherlock as a beta tester, you are required to provide certain information by emailing us at iWantTo@TrySherlock.ai. The information we collect includes your name, email address, profession, closest city, and phone number. All content, features, and functionality on the Sherlock platform (referred to as "Sherlock AI" and "Sherlock Homes," or "the Platform"), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and interactive features, are the exclusive property of Green Ivy Ventures or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Green Ivy Ventures claims exclusive rights to the names "Sherlock AI" and "Sherlock Homes" within the context of AI-powered real estate services, particularly as a "Real Estate Detective" platform providing personalized property searches, user preferences analysis, and agent-client matchmaking services. Any use of the names "Sherlock AI," "Sherlock Homes," or similar variations in connection with these specific AI-driven functionalities without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
While the names "Sherlock AI" and "Sherlock Homes" are used here to refer to our unique AI-based real estate discovery and matchmaking platform, this does not imply ownership of all uses of "Sherlock Homes" in the real estate industry. We respect existing uses that do not overlap with our AI-powered "Real Estate Detective" services.
Sherlock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Green Ivy Ventures makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. Due to the use of AI technology, there is a possibility that the information provided by the Platform may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be fully current.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Green Ivy Ventures disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Green Ivy Ventures does not warrant that the Platform, its servers, or email sent from Sherlock are free of viruses or other harmful components. Users are encouraged to independently verify any information obtained from the Platform and consult with qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions.
In no event shall Green Ivy Ventures, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any errors or inaccuracies produced by the AI technology used in the Platform. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Green Ivy Ventures has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Ivy Ventures, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, any use of the Platform's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
Green Ivy Ventures reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. Due to the evolving nature of AI technology and ongoing development of the Platform, you may experience changes in functionality or features. We may also revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Massachusetts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Green Ivy Ventures regarding the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.
